This is by far the best neck pillow I’ve ever had. I had bad car accident recently and my neck has been really sore so I can use it to relieve my neck pain as support but you can also straight up nap with it sitting up, leaning to the side or even lying on your side. It’s quite firm but very comfortable. Super good quality as well. I can use it lying down in bed too to support my neck. Can’t live without it!

Agree with the other reviewers that it is a bit loose around the neck. I was hoping for more support than what it gives.
